How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for gym equipment typically takes 3-7 business days. For oversized items like power racks or specialized barbells, we use freight carriers which may take up to 10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy on weightlifting gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that for safety reasons, some personal gear like lifting belts and knee sleeves must be unworn.
Do your barbells come with a warranty?
Yes, all Strength Shop barbells come with a minimum 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Specific high-performance bars may carry a limited lifetime warranty covering bending under normal use conditions.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor its progress.
Do you offer bulk discounts for commercial gyms?
We do provide custom quotes and volume discounts for commercial facilities, CrossFit boxes, and sports clubs. Please contact our sales team directly with your equipment list for a personalized quote.
